Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have reached a settlement agreement in their divorce, three months after she filed in October.
The former couple reached an agreement on all issues relating to their divorce, which the two notarized on Dec. 28, 2023 and Jan, 4, 2024, respectively, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Though the split remains pending until a judge signs off, Morris, 33, and Hurd, 37, divvied up their things based on a property settlement agreement and a prenup signed in February 2018 and amended in October 2022.
They also came to an agreement on a parenting plan, which would see them split their time with son Hayes Andrew, 3½, evenly, and would have Morris pay Hurd $2,100 in child support each month.
The "Circles Around This Town" singer filed for a dissolution of marriage on Oct. 2 in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences.
Morris indicated in the documents that the pair's date of separation was the same day she filed.

Both Morris and Hurd successfully completed a parenting seminar as required by Davidson County for all divorce cases involving children.
The finalizing of the split comes after Morris shared a TikTok video of herself singing Tammy Wynette's country classic "D-I-V-O-R-C-E," including the lyrics, "Our D-I-V-O-R-C-E becomes final today."
Morris also stitched a clip from a wedding ceremony where the groom told the bride, “I promise to smack that ass every chance I get.” The clip had the words, “I would have been a runaway bride,” written over the top.
Earlier in December, the Humble Quest singer opened up about her life post-split in an interview with Howard Stern, and admitted that she's not in the right "headspace" for dating.
"No, I would like this to sort of wrap up," she said when Stern asked if she was currently dating. "I don't have the headspace for that, but I am writing so much right now. That's kind of been my way of dating, is just through song."
The star also admitted that “a lot of people that are close to me have gone through” something similar this year. “I've known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces," she said.

Morris and Hurd first met in 2013 during a songwriting session for Tim McGraw and tied the knot in March 2018 in Nashville after nearly three years of dating.
"We had been friends for only a couple of years, but there was always this writing chemistry in the room, and eventually, the timing of it was undeniable. We had such a foundation built off writing so many songs over the years that we were like, 'Why are we avoiding this?'" Morris told PEOPLE in 2017 about the evolution of their relationship.
