The latest update provides access to the Zelle® QR code. The QR Code provides peace of mind knowing you can send money to the right person, without typing an email address or U.S. mobile number. You can also view your QR Code and use the Print and Share icons to text, email, or print your Zelle® QR Code.

Not happy very much.
I had to try taking pictures more that 10 times. But I am happy as 5 Star that I could at least deposit it after many tries. Each time the message was that check pictures was not very good. Thought all pictures was great. Anyway, thanks that I don’t have to go to the bank to deposit it. Stay safe.
Absolutely horrible App for an inept online bank
This is one of the most failure-pro apps I’ve ever experienced. Something happens to your login information after you haven’t logged on in a while and you cannot reset your login info without talking to someone, who apparently only works M-T during business hours (I guess, the phone message doesn’t say.) If you do an app search, you find several possibilities. Which is it?
The bank itself is ineptly run. The interest rate, which was the highest only a couple of years ago, has lagged everyone else in a rising market and is not near the bottom. I will soon be closing ALL of my savings accounts with Dime. Good riddance.
Lack of website access, lack of customer service, lack of access to funds. Who needs it?!!!
Friendly community bank.
The Dime has been my primary bank for checking and savings for as long as I have been living in the neighborhood — 43 years. Staff is always courteous and helpful; they know me by name. Other than a slight name change on the Bank’s part, it has been in existence for many years, and that stability gives its customers confidence to continue doing business there.
